A sleek site highlighting Rachel Matthews' expertise in sustainable fashion and influential contributions to responsible design in the fashion world.
Rachel has worked in fashion as an educator and researcher for decades but lacked a self-branded online platform to share her published work, creative practice, and her extensive experience.
I wanted to create a website that reflected her style, was easily updatable, and had the flexibility to grow and adapt over time as new research was published and accolades won.
This project offered an excellent chance to craft Rachel's personal brand, applicable beyond just her website. Beginning with discussions about style, I curated a cool-toned colour scheme supported by powerful and clean typography.
Unable to help myself, I added subtle animation to select pages to create additional visual interest.
